Media Release Document

By participating in events organized by My Music Adventure LLC (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), you agree to the terms outlined in this Media Release Form. Your participation in these events indicates your consent to the following:

Consent to Use Media

I hereby grant My Music Adventure LLC the irrevocable right and permission to use, reproduce, distribute, and publish any photographs, videos, or other media taken of me during events organized by the Company. This media may be used for, but is not limited to, promotional materials, social media content, advertisements, and other marketing purposes.

Scope of Use

Media Types: Photographs, videos, and any other forms of media captured during the events.

Platforms: The media may be used across various platforms, including but not limited to, the Company’s website, social media channels, print materials, and digital advertisements.

Duration: The consent granted herein shall continue indefinitely unless revoked in writing.

No Compensation

I understand and agree that I will not receive any compensation, whether monetary or otherwise, for the use of the media featuring me. I acknowledge that the media is the sole property of My Music Adventure LLC.

Waiver and Release

I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the media or any final product that includes the media. I also release and discharge My Music Adventure LLC from any claims, damages, or liability related to the use of the media, including but not limited to any claims for libel or invasion of privacy.

Acknowledgment

I have read and fully understand the contents of this Media Release Form. I understand that my participation in any event organized by My Music Adventure LLC constitutes my full acceptance of the terms outlined herein.
